2. Event Planning Services:

    a. SAR Events provides comprehensive event planning services, including but not limited to venue selection, decor, audio-visual solutions, promotional activities, and ticket printing.

   b. The scope of services will be agreed upon through consultation and confirmed in a written agreement between SAR Events and the client.

3. Ticket Printing Services:

    a. SAR Events offers customized ticket printing solutions. Design approval and finalization will be communicated and agreed upon before the printing process begins.

    b. Payment for ticket printing services must be made in full before the commencement of the printing process.

4. Payments and Refunds: 

    a. Payments for SAR Events services are to be made according to the agreed terms outlined in the service agreement.

    b. Refunds are subject to the terms agreed upon in the service agreement and will be processed accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities:

    a. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and specifications for their events.

    b. Changes to event details must be communicated to SAR Events in a timely manner. Additional costs may be incurred for significant changes.

6. Intellectual Property:

    a. SAR Events retains the intellectual property rights to any designs, concepts, or materials created during the provision of services.

7. Limitation of Liability:

    a. SAR Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

8. Governing Law:

    a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
